* PRIVACY POLICY

• Rackmounts Etc will maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, order number, login, and password. All information is kept private; we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may release account information, only if necessary, such as, in situations that we need to enforce and protect the rights, property, and safety of Rackmounts Etc, our users, or other. We also may disclose your information to law enforcement or judicial authorities upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

* ON LINE PURCHASE ORDER

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money order, certified check, or wire transfer only. We will refuse the right to sell online for people that do not provide us with accurate Credit Card information, false information, Credit Card fraud, or any situation that we see may fit to protect the rights and interest of Rackmounts Etc.
• 2% discount for MO/Wire/Check.

* SHIPPING

• We use Fedex for shipping. Customer must contact Rackmounts Etc for other method of shipment and / or special instructions.
• All orders will have a tracking number. Please understand shipping usually takes 1-7 business days for arrival and in a few cases it may take more time to be delivered, because the region you live in. Sometimes we might have a shortage in products, therefore, delaying shipping schedules.
• All shipping is done after the Buyer has paid in full for the merchandise.

* REFUND / EXCHANGE

• REFUND: No refunds on any equipment. Everything Rackmounts Etc builds is custom made to suit the customers' needs. Rackmounts Etc is unable to honor refunds due to this circumstance.
• EXCHANGE: Rackmounts Etc must receive merchandise within 15 days from the invoice date for an exchange. Customer pays both ways shipping; return of the merchandise to Rackmounts Etc and shipping of merchandise from Rackmounts Etc to buyer.

* WARRANTY

• SYSTEM WARRANTY: Rackmounts Etc honors a 3-year in-house warranty for all full-built systems purchased from Rackmounts Etc. The warranty includes part replacement for 3 years, as well as labor for 3 years. If at any time an RMA is needed, contact Rackmounts Etc for your RMA number to be given to you. All packages without the RMA number written on the outside of the box will be denied by Rackmounts Etc and returned at the customer's own cost.
• SINGLE COMPONENT WARRANTY: If purchasing single components from Rackmounts Etc, Rackmounts Etc will honor a 1 year manufactures warranty only.
• INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY: Customer is responsible for both ways for shipping costs for parts or systems.
• ADVANCE REPLACEMENT: New component(s) will be sent via UPS Overnight. The customer has 15 days from initial advance replacement date to ship the bad component(s) back to Rackmounts Etc at the customer’s own cost. Traceable method is required. If the bad component(s) are not received within 15 days of the original advance replacement date, the customer will be charged the retail price of the replaced product. The cost for advance replacement is $35.00 USD.

All warranties will be void if the customer's system is shipped back to Rackmounts Etc for repairs without the original shipping carton for systems.

NOTICE: Rackmounts Etc reserves the right to amend this Terms of Service at any time without notification to the buyer. By purchasing from Rackmounts Etc via email, phone, or website, the buyer agrees to the Terms of Service. RME Advertisements – Not responsible for pricing or typographical errors.
